I started pregnancy yoga with Nicola in my second trimester. Nic was great at making changes to postures to suit different pregnancy related ailments and was very knowledgeable. My husband and I then attended a hypnobirthing and antenatal workshop which was packed full of useful information for myself and my husband. I used these hypnobirthing techniques throughout my labour and delivery, they definitely helped to keep me calm and relaxed. I also felt more confident with informed decision making due to the information id learnt. I’m now 5 months postpartum and enjoying taking my little one to Nics mum and baby yoga sessions. It’s a much-needed stretch and the other mums are also so friendly. Baby girl enjoys the bubbles too! I would recommend Nic to any mums to be, birthing partners and new mums
Family Flow Yoga offers empowerment and support for women and their partners from pregnancy through to parenthood. Offering pregnancy yoga and birth preparation classes, along with various hypnobirthing, birth, and antenatal workshops within the local community. Then continue your journey with me into motherhood at my weekly postnatal mum & baby yoga classes. The focus here is to support your postnatal body and provide a space for you to connect in with other mums. Once your little one is on their feet you can then join me for my Wigglebums toddler and grown-up sessions and there are classes on offer for older kids too!
